Allow organisation administrators to edit the organisation

Organisation administrators SHALL be able to edit the organisation settings.

Details

1. An administrator SHALL NOT be able to delete the organisation.
2. An administrator SHALL be able to edit all organisation settings.
3. An administrator SHALL be able to add other administrators.
4. An administrator SHALL be able to remove other administrators.
5. An administrator MUST be able to remove themself from the organisation administrators list.
